How about a good old fashion call-to-arms. Imagine a Wheelbarrow march to New Orleans and I mean the people to actually walk the distance from all over the country with wheelbarrow and shovel in hand. The administration would be beyond itself. Believe it or not other people have done similar things. In Canada, a young man named Terry Fox <a href="http://www.terryfoxrun.org">www.terryfoxrun.org</a> attempted to run the distance of the country while succumbing to cancer and with an artificial leg. If he could run 3,339 miles in 143 days under these circumstances what would it take to mobilize America? Terry's dream was to raise $1 from every living Canadian, that dream has been realized more then tenfold.
